We're looking for a passionate educator to lead intimate live reading sessions and small-group discussions — helping readers of all ages unlock a lifelong love of books and language.

You'll Bring
- A background in education, literacy, or a related field (degree, diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience teaching or tutoring reading to children or young learners, especially in small groups
- Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension strategies, and literacy development stages
- Warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for books and learning
- Comfort leading live video sessions with confidence and energy
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional space for sessions
- Strong communication skills — with learners and with parents
Bonus If You Have
- Teaching certification or a degree in Education, Literacy, Child Development, or English
- Experience with structured literacy approaches (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, UFLI)
- Background working with diverse learners, including those with dyslexia or reading difficulties
- Experience facilitating book clubs, reading circles, or literature-based learning
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)
- A curated book recommendation list you could rattle off in your sleep
- A contagious enthusiasm that makes even reluctant readers lean in
